Notice to National Visa Applicants (Study Purposes)
Starting October, students applying for a Slovak national visa for study purposes will be registered by their university or higher education institution through the RegVis system of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic.
Appointments at the BLS visa application centre can be booked only after your application has been accepted in RegVis.

Уведомление для заявителей на национальную визу (с целью обучения)
Начиная с октября, студенты, подающие заявления на получение национальной визы Словакии с целью обучения, будут регистрироваться своими университетами или высшими учебными заведениями через систему RegVis Министерства иностранных и европейских дел Словацкой Республики.
Запись на подачу документов в визовом центре BLS будет возможна только после принятия заявления в системе RegVis.

Milli viza üçün müraciət edənlərin nəzərinə (təhsil məqsədilə)
Oktyabr ayından etibarən təhsil məqsədilə Slovakiya milli vizasına müraciət edən tələbələr universitetləri və ya digər ali təhsil müəssisələri tərəfindən Slovakiya Respublikasının Xarici və Avropa İşləri Nazirliyinin RegVis sistemi vasitəsilə qeydiyyata alınacaqlar.
BLS viza müraciət mərkəzində qəbul üçün görüş vaxtını yalnız müraciətiniz RegVis sistemində qəbul edildikdən sonra təyin etmək mümkün olacaq.

Please note that starting from 13th February 2026, a New Appointment mechanism will be introduced, Requests for an appointment for national and Schengen visas must be pre-approved by the Embassy via email at appointments.baku@mzv.sk.
National Appointments:
- National visa Appointment requests can be submitted by email every odd Tuesday from 9:00 to 16:00. Pre-approval from the Embassy of Slovakia is required before booking an appointment.
- In the subject line of the email, please include the following information: D visa / Agency name + Company ID / Applicant’s name.
- The body of the email must include the following information: Agency name + Company ID / Applicant’s name / Passport number / Email and phone contact
- If the applicant submits the application individually, the contact person from SR/AZ must be indicated.
Schengen Appointments:
- Schengen visa appointment requests can be submitted by email exclusively on Wednesdays between 9:00 and 16:00. Pre-approval from the Embassy of Slovakia is required before booking an appointment.
- In the subject line of the email, please include the following information: C visa / Applicant’s name
- The body of the email must include the following information: D visa / Agency name + Company ID / Applicant’s name / Date of birth / Passport number / Email and phone contact / Reason for visit / Scan of the last Schengen visa and border crossing stamps.
- The Embassy reserves 5 - 10 working days to evaluate the request and to send reply with the appointment date.
- In case there is no response from Embassy after 10 days then the appointment request is not approved.
