Passport Collection

  • All applicants/agents please be informed that the following rules concerning passport collection are strictly enforced and must be adhered to without exception:
    • All completed decisions must be collected strictly by the applicant only.
    • In the case of minors, passport collection shall be carried out solely by the parents or legal guardians who are legally authorized to act on their behalf and sign the necessary documents.
    • Collection by a representative, or in emergency situations where the applicant is unable to collect their passport personally, will require verification and prior approval from the mission.
